KIZUNA RAMEN BAR

Kizuna Ramen Bar opened in October 2015 and is located in Bayan Lepas, Penang. We offer ramen lovers a charming dining experience perfect for any special occasion or casual get-together. Our bowls of ramen are a culmination of Japanese kaiseki trained chefs sitting around talking about comfort foods then drawing upon their classical, fine dining technique to create ramen selections premium in quality yet keeping the traditional elements of comfort and value.

Our dishes are very simple yet taste complex. We only use fresh ramen noodles made with only Japanese flour and water, we found that, this specific make up creates an alkaline rich final product that reveals itself in the texture and flavor of the noodles. 

All of our sauces, broths and recipes were developed after many long hours and late nights in our test kitchen of which were derived from traditional recipes and advice from Japan. With an insistence on using only the finest ingredients available to us and maintaining absolute freshness. We serve ramen that we are genuinely proud of.
